Our mission is to provide health education and supportive service that strengthen families, organizations, and at-risk individuals in efforts to cultivate extraordinary health outcomes and bridge the gaps between the community and healthcare systems.
Programming
Asthma Education and Supportive Services
Our Asthma Safe Home program provides free in-home asthma education, durables, home assessment, and referrals for remediation to Medicaid eligible children ages 2-18 years and pregnant adults with poorly controlled asthma.
Training and Development
Our training and development sessions are designed to strengthen families, organizations, and at-risk individual. We offer a variety of topics spanning from CPR and First Aid to babysitting trainings.
